All people want to be happy and satisfied in life. First of all, happiness is an inner feeling of oneself. You can't force yourself to be happy, but you can make changes in order to achieve this feeling. The question is: how? Dissatisfaction is the result of two things:
1. I don't have or I don't do what I want: material, physical, mental, social, family values, etc.
2. I have or I do what I don't want to. I don't like my job, I drive an old car, I live with a wrong person, etc.
Those are the reasons for suffering, depression and being not satisfied with the life in general. What shall we do?
